On July 1, Keep It Cleaner (KIC), an Australian-based fitness and lifestyle brand, launched a new 14-Day wellness program, which aims to help people reset their fitness goals and get motivated during the lookdown.

KIC was founded by Steph Claire Smith and Laura Henshaw.

The virtual program called “14 Days of Wellness” is run through the private Facebook KIC Community group. It will see KIC partner with a series of inspiring leaders to run a series of free workout sessions, live classes, and meaningful experiences.

On each day of the 14-day program, there will be a new guest. KIC beauty editor Gemma Watts will be running skincare Q&As, sex psychologist Chantelle Otten will be facilitating sex education workshops, and home cook Jessica Nguyen will be offering virtual cook-alongs.

KIC Chief Marketing Officer Michelle Battersby said that this was just the first of many new and exciting experiences for KIC community members.

Michelle said, “When you sign up to KIC you become part of a supportive, respectful, kind and virtual community full of individuals from around the world sharing their wellness journey together.”

“We’ve noticed that now, more than ever, members are supporting each other through these challenging times, virtually connecting through live workouts and social engagement.”

The app gives you access to a series of at-home fitness workouts, healthy recipes, and guided meditations for every fitness level and stage. It also has a huge support system by way of their Facebook group, where you can engage in like-minded conversation, motivate each other, and share your fitness successes and failures.

Michelle said, “At KIC, we’re passionate about community and believe that if we’re armed with our support crew we’ll be much stronger together, and will be able to get through the challenges of 2020.”

“If we can remain focused on moving our body regularly, being inspired by new recipes, being mindful when we can, and coming together as a supportive group of individuals, we will all be better for it,” she added. You must subscribe and sign up with the 14 Days of Wellness program and then you will have access to its Facebook group. You can download the app in the App Store and Google Play.
