In a recent interview with The Doctors, Aaron Carter has revealed that he has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, anxiety, and manic depression.

Carter said, “The official diagnosis is that I suffer from multiple personality disorder, schizophrenia, acute anxiety and manic depression.”

Holding a plastic bag full of pill bottles, the Pyro singer said, “I’m prescribed to Xanax, Seroquel, Gabapentin, Hydroxyzine, Trazodone, Omeprazen.”

He continued, “This is my reality. Hi. I have nothing to hide.”

At the end of the interview, Carter was seen defending his sobriety. He said, “I haven’t taken any opiates. Oh no no no. I did. Because I got my teeth done. I got six crowns. So I had to take hydrocodone.”

In the other part of the interview, Carter spoke about his mother’s struggle with alcoholism.

It is not the first time Carter has been interviewed on The Doctors. In 2017, he appeared on the talk show and addressed his emaciated appearance and using pills. Carter had a few rough years because of drug abuse. He was also arrested for driving under the influence (DUI) and drug possession in 2017. However, he was later released on bond.
