Alex Rodriguez, 44, and his fiancé, Jennifer Lopez, 50, shared a glimpse of their at-home workout routine on Rodriguez’s Instagram Store.

He first recorded Lopez as she was focused on lifting weights, offering words of encouragement as Lopez continued her reps in a sports outfit.

Later, they switched spots and Lopez captured a clip of Rodriguez lifting weights over his head.

The retired athlete captioned the video of his strength training, by writing, “Getting it in!!”

Earlier this month, the couple spoke to fans on social media, stressing the importance of practicing social distance and staying at home during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, which has so far affected more than 819,100 and killed over 45,300 people in the United States.

At the time, Lopez said on Instagram, “We’re staying home to protect those on the frontlines — the doctors, the nurses and technicians that are working so hard to save lives at our hospitals.”

Rodriguez shared a message through a video, captioning that they were staying home to “protect the real heroes, the doctors, nurses, technicians, who are working so hard everyday to save lives and keep everyone safe.”

In March, the “On The Floor” singer said she was using the time of self-isolation to recharge and “reset.”

She told Elle at the time, “We’re all stuck at home right now. Everybody’s quarantined and the world is upside-down and crazy. So we’ve gotta make lemonade out of lemons right now, don’t we? We have to find ways to focus and work from home, but also finding things to keep our spirits high.”

“This situation if we’re lucky enough to be healthy — and if you are, be grateful — but if you’re healthy and home, it’s a real reset button for so many of us,” Lopez added.

The Second Act actress said she was confident that the ongoing health crisis will not last forever.

“At some point, hopefully soon, we’re going to bounce back; we always bounce back,” Lopez said. “And so we need to use this time to get ready to come back even better.” “Nobody wanted this to happen, but if it has to be this way, you can take advantage of the time and work to get better,” she added. “But do that work from home.”
