Julianne Hough Works Out Five Days A Week

Julianne Hough stripped down for the cover of this month’s Women’s Health magazine, and she is looking incredibly amazing.

Well, we can consider her our new girl crush.

The America’s Got Talent judge told the magazine that her priority is eating well and exercising. She works out five days a week, including a mix of SoulCycle and hot power yoga, along with weight training with her husband, Brooks Laich.

Despite not being an early morning person, she trains hard in the morning. She said, “If I don’t move my body in the morning, I have a fine day. If I move it first thing, I have an excellent day.”

When it comes to diet, she tries to eat clean most of the time. The first thing in the morning, she drinks a mix of celery juice and apple cider vinegar and a post-workout smoothie for breakfast. For dinner, Hough sticks to salmon or chicken and veggies and then some dark chocolate as an after-dinner treat. However, Hough said that if she craves pasta or pizza, she would have it.
