Kate Hudson always follows a healthy living.

In 2013, she launched her activewear line, Fabletics, which has been growing in popularity since. Now, her latest wellness venture is into INBLOOM, a supplement chain of plant-based powders that are designed to improve focus, energy, sleep quality, and more.

In a recent interview with Health, Hudson shared her three favorite mantras that help her to overcome stress and live the moment.

Her first favorite mantra is: “It’s better to be wise than right.” The 41-year-old actress repeats this mantra to herself every day, which she said helps ground her when she listens to her gut and knows what’s right.

“It slows your reactivity down in a moment when you want to react to something,” she told Health.

Another mantra she shared is from Reese Witherspoon, who told her, “You deserve to be here,” when she was feeling insecure. Hudson repeats these five words when she feels self-conscious. She explained, “Just by being alive and being here, I deserve to have a floor to be able to speak my mind.”

When she feels stressed out, Hudson uses the third mantra; “Take a walk, Kate, take a walk.”

The Almost Famous star said, “When things feel heavy, I try to remember—and this sounds very morbid—but we really don’t have that long here. Like, this is it. I mean this is the opportunity, we don’t know what tomorrow brings and we see devastation everyday and sometimes I think it’s really important for us to check out, meaning, put everything down and just be where you’re at without distraction.”

Hudson started INBLOOM because she had a different idea. She said, “I was like, ‘I don’t want to endorse other people’s products, I want to build [a] business that has more conscious consumerism that is about things that actually matter.’”

She even went to reveal that her favorite supplement from INBLOOM is Brain Flow, a supplement that helps improve cognitive function. Whipping it into smoothies, she said, “It [Brain Flow] just kind of wakes the brain up.”

Hudson also shared her go-to beauty products. She said, “There’s a couple of them. I always say Egyptian Magic and I know that’s really boring, but I don’t go anywhere without Egyptian Magic and I’ve said that for 100 years at this point.”

She also said she loves Tata Harper’s Regenerating Exfoliating Cleanser, which “has the light exfoliation in it.” “I use a million products, but I always come back to that,” she added. “It’s sort of a go-to favorite. And I actually use that as a secondary cleanser just because I like to get all the makeup off of my skin.”
