Prince William, Prince Harry, Duchess Meghan, and Duchess Kate have teamed up once again to contribute to a strong mental health PSA, although their charities are officially separated.

They provided narration for a short film along with a number of TV personalities, actors and sportspersons, as part of their new initiative with National Health Service (NHS), UK.

“Every Mind Matters” is a new online program that helps you to manage and maintain your mental health because good mental health helps us to relax more, achieve more and enjoy our lives more.

The new initiative is backed by a collaboration of mental health charities, including Heads Together, a mental health organization established by The Royal Foundation.

Every Mind Matters will allow people to create a personalized action plan, which recommends self-care actions so they can deal with daily stress, boost their mood, improve their sleep and feel in control.

Prince William said, “Everyone knows that feeling when life gets on top of us.”

“We feel stressed, low, anxious or have trouble sleeping,” added Prince Harry. “We think there is nothing to be done, nothing we can do about it.”

Meghan Markel continued after her husband introduced Every Mind Matters, stating, “There’s a new way to help turn things around.”

The Duchess of Cambridge, Kate, then picked up the prompt from Meghan to explain how the new online program works.

The director of the powerful mental health PSA is British photographer John Rankin Waddell and the producer is Richard Curtis.

Brits would be able to see the full two-and-a-half-minute video on Monday evening on all major TV channels. In the UK, at least 8 in 10 people have experienced early signs of mental health issues in the past year, such as stress, anxiety, mood changes, and trouble sleeping.
