In a recent post on Instagram, Australian actress Rebel Wilson is looking as glamorous as ever as she continues her “Year of Health” mission to lose weight by the end of 2020.

On Saturday, the 40-year-old got all dolled up to celebrate her pals, Carly Steel and Jacob Andreou, and their recent nuptials.

On her Instagram story, Wilson joked, “Congrats [Carly Steel] and [Jacob Andreou] aka my former thrupple,” sharing several photos for the summertime celebration.

Earlier this year, Wilson revealed her fans about her 2020 weight loss goals and shared that she is trying to slim down to 165 lbs (75 kg) before the end of the year.

To achieve this goal, Wilson’s personal trainer, Jono Castano, told Yahoo! Lifestyle that the Pitch Perfect star has been using a “wholistic” approach by focusing on both nutrition and exercise.

Castano explained, “You can’t out-train a poor diet and you can’t let the weekend derail your fitness goals. It’s a key mistake that a lot of people make. They get to the weekend and everything goes down the drain and then basically Monday to Friday, all the hard work that they did is gone.”

“I’m all about balance, so with me, if you’re going to have one drink, whatever it is, a chocolate, that’s totally fine as long as it fits into your calorie count,” he added.

According to a source told PEOPLE, Wilson has been following the “Mayr Method” diet plan.

Created by Dr. Franz Xaver Mayr, Mayr Method diet plan is based on “Mayr Cure.” Dr. Mayr believed that most people have been poisoning their digestive systems by eating certain foods.

In 2017, VivaMayr head Dr. Christine Stossier told The Guardian, “Everything starts with the gut. The fundamental principle is that you can improve someone’s health through digestion.”

VivaMayr is an Austria-based luxury medical detox and wellness center that revamps their clients’ diets to eliminate snacking, reducing gluten and dairy intake, and changing the way they chew their food. Last month, a source close to Wilson told PEOPLE, “It’s an approach that eliminates food intolerances, reduces sugar, encourages eating whole foods slowly, boosts the immune system and reduces inflammation.”
