Rebel Wilson, 40, is all set to bring her “year of health” full circle.

After spending a year at VivaMayr, an Austria-based luxury medical detox and wellness center, Wilson booked another stay so she can end 2020 on a strong note and achieve her goal weight of 75 kilos (165 lbs).

She told PEOPLE, “I went back because 2021 is going to be an insanely busy year with project after project, so I wanted to come back to VivaMayr.”

The Pitch Perfect star also said she hopes to “boost my immune system and lose my last two kilos.”

On Friday, she said on Instagram, “Enjoying a morning walk amongst health treatments at the glorious @vivamayraltaussee. Finishing my Year of Health off STRONG at the place that gave me that first kick-start.”

She first visited VivaMayr in 2019 and got “amazing results” after following the center’s Mayr Method diet plan, which is based on the “Mayr Cure,” invented by Dr. Franz Xaver Mayr, an Austrian physician, nearly 100 years ago.

The Mayr Method diet plan includes eliminating snacking, reducing gluten and dairy intake, and changing the way you chew your food. The diet plan focuses on eating whole foods with high alkaline foods such as vegetables, fresh fish, and sheep’s milk yogurt.

Wilson has also been working out. She exercises up to six days a week with a personal trainer. She also goes for frequent walks.

Wilson has set a weight goal, but she said she mainly focuses on feeling healthier.

She told PEOPLE, “You never want it to be about the number because it really isn’t about that. It’s about – I was doing some unhealthy things to my body and I just wanted to change it and become a healthier person.” The article was originally published on PEOPLE.
