Will Smith has recently revealed a very personal matter related to his bowel habits and how he gained weight.

In the latest episode of Red Table Talk on Facebook Watch, the 50-year-old was seen telling his family that he does not pass stool too often and goes without pooping for three days, to which his son Jaden, said, “That’s why your farts smell like that.”

Although it might seem a bit odd, people’s bowel movements may differ and change due to a variety of factors, such as eating habits, physical activity, stress, location, and more.

The revelation of bowel movements arose when Smith was revealing to his family that he had gained weight during their summer vacation to nearly 225 pounds. He said he weighed 223 pounds during the shooting of his film Ali, based on Muhammad Ali, which he gained from training to play the role of the legendary boxer and not from eating four or five muffins at breakfast.

The Bad Boys actor said that his wife and his daughter trolled him for gaining weight. He said, “Jada and Willow made up a name. They started calling me Pudge Muffin.”

His weight gain was actually the instigator for the episode and he made it an excuse for the whole family to speak about their relationship. Smith said, “I don’t want to be a Pudge Muffin to my family.” The Aladdin star opened up about his health and urged his family to do the same. However, Jada apologized for her remark so it appears that all is well between the two.
