Harrison Ford, 77, has credited his diet and workout for a ripped physique.

In a recent interview with Ellen DeGeneres, Ford said he is trying to maintain an amazing shape at 77 years by eating well and working out.

He said he does a little bit of workout and he mostly credits his ripped physique to a diet that is free of dairy and meat.

The veteran actor said, “[I’m eating] practically nothing. I eat vegetables and fish. It’s really boring.”

Ford explained that he has stopped eating meat because it is not good for him and the environment, according to Us Weekly.

The Fugitive star said, “I just decided I was tired of eating meat. And I know it’s not really good for the planet and it’s not really good for me.”

Ford also gave some details about the untitled Indiana Jones 5 movie that is set to premiere next year.

Talking about the untitled project, he said, “We’ll see new developments in his life, his relationship. We’ll see part of his history resolved. It’s a very good script. I’m looking forward to it.”

Ford has currently been doing the rounds for The Call of the Wild, which will hit theaters today.

In one of the scenes in the movie, he is shirtless. He told USA Today that he did not require any movie magic or digital enhancements to show off his buff chest.

“I was fit and it was very cold water. I’m healthy, I enjoy being active and fit,” Ford said. “I’m aware of keeping my old (butt) in shape.”
