It seems like Jenna Jameson is once again failing to lose weight even after following the keto diet.

The 45-year-old is back on the keto diet after taking some time off from the diet plan in late 2019 and gaining back about 20 lbs. However, she has been struggling to find success again on the keto diet.

On Sunday, Jameson shared a long-awaited but quite anti-climactic keto update.

She wrote on Instagram, “I am losing slowly slowly. I’m now 14 lbs. down but I’ve been fluctuating. I think hormones are playing a huge part

The mom to daughter Batel Lu, who is 2½ year old, added, “I’m still breastfeeding and recently got my period back after 3 years 🤪 So I feel up and down, hot flashes galore and in need of all things salty.”

She concluded, “Moral of the story, give yourself grace, it’s a marathon not a sprint! Love you guys 👍🏻#ketoweightloss.”

In December, the former adult film actress admitted that she had stopped following keto for a few months and then found it hard to get back into.

She said, “The weight came back fast and furious. I know a lot of people are quitting keto because it’s hard to maintain and after a year and a half I concur. Not sure if I’m going to go back full force or just calorie count.”

However, in January, she said she is getting back to keto to take off 30 pounds. In fact, she said she was going to follow intermittent fasting along with the keto diet to get back into shape.

Jameson started following the keto diet in March 2018 to lose weight that she gained for a year after giving birth to Batel in April 2017. She even shared before and after photos on Instagram throughout the whole process. At the time, she lost around 80 lbs.

She went on to inspire her followers to lose weight by following the keto diet.

“We all do it,” she said of diet lapses. She said her “willpower comes in the form of wanting to feel my best. I know I’m not perfect and my willpower isn’t ironclad, but I DO know I will never give up! It’s important to know that no matter how long you fall off, you can always jump back on the horse!”
