Kourtney Kardashian has recently given us, especially keto lovers, a very thoughtful gift – the recipe of her favorite keto cheesecake.
She is so obsessed with the low-carb high-fat diet that she has shared her friend and Chef Sara Motamedi’s recipe of a delicious sugar-free cheesecake on her website, Poosh.
The 40-year-old wrote, “If you have a sweet tooth, consider this your new favorite dessert – even if you’re not keto, it’s a true crowd-pleaser.”
However, she cautioned not to expect it to have the same level of sweetness as a Krispy Kreme.
The recipe, in fact, comes with a disclaimer, “This recipe is not very sweet, so feel free to add sugar according to your preference.”
Instead of artificial sweeteners, which are definitely not approved by the keto lovers, Kourtney’s favorite dessert includes smart swaps such as monk fruit, lemon juice, cinnamon, fresh berries, and heavy whipping cream.
It takes around 90 minutes to make the keto cheesecake; however, the outcome is entirely worth it and makes for a “great gram opportunity.” It must be truly special if Kourtney, who literally asks her private chef to make anything, says that this cake is the “true crowd pleaser.”
