Mental Health Attention Hailey Baldwin

This week, Hailey Baldwin spoke about the importance of mental health and disclosed the grounding place that she likes to run away from.

The 22-year-old American model, who is married to Justin Bieber, told People Tuesday that she thinks self-care can take many different forms, explaining that she finds the practice to be really good for your mentality.

She reportedly believes that mental health should take top billing. She said, “I think your mental health should be number one, and it falls to the side a lot.”

She also believes the mental health has managed to dribble into the mainstream, mentioning People that she believes “there’s more attention” on it as of late.

When it comes to taking time to unwind herself, Baldwin told the outlet that she has found the beach to hold on to several healthy aspects of life.

The famous television personality remarks came after her husband, Justin Bieber, opened up about his mental health earlier this month. His said he has been struggling a lot lately, following reports that he had undergone therapy for depression. Bieber wrote on Instagram, “Just wanted to keep you guys updated a little bit hopefully what I’m going through will resonate with you guys. Been struggling a lot. Just feeling super disconnected and weird. I always bounce back so I’m not worried just wanted to reach out and ask for your guys to pray for me. God is faithful and ur prayers really work thanks… the most human season I’ve ever been in facing my stuff head on..”
