Victoria Beckham, in a recent interview with The Guardian, has revealed that she works out for two hours on a daily basis.

The mum of four had launched a sportswear collection in April 2018 and it’s little wonder she had entered into athletic clothes, considering her commitment towards exercise.

The powerful businesswoman had been pretty busy last year promoting her new athletic clothes and sportswear association with Reebok. She said that she was inspired to create workout clothes.

Last year, the style icon said, “I work out every day, it’s the time when I get to think.” “I put on loud music and I dance. It’s two hours a day when I turn off the phone and I focus on me and clear my mind at the same time. I use the time to get inspired and get my head ready for the day.”

“I am very, very disciplined in the way that I work out, in what I eat. That’s how I’m happiest,” she states in the latest interview with The Guardian. “I expect a lot from my body – I’m 44, I’ve got four kids, I work a lot, I travel. For me to do all that, I have to eat healthily and work out.”

So here’s exactly how she works out:

After waking up at around 6 a.m., Victoria begins her day with 45 minutes of uphill walking, jogging, and running on the treadmill, and then she works out with her personal trainer with 30 minutes of leg work, 30 minutes of arms, along with toning and conditioning, which is followed by extensive core work.

The fashion mogul says “At the weekend, I will do the whole thing straight through, but in the week, I often jump in the car halfway through to take the kids to school, then carry on when I get home.” “I work out every day when I’m at home, and then when I travel I really focus on work so I can get as much done as possible in a short trip and get home.”

Victoria says she does not dread the grueling workouts despite her extensive regimen. Instead, she says they are something she loves, stating, “It’s a really positive thing for me.” “That was a big part of why I wanted to work with Reebok. I had very specific ideas about the workout clothes that I wanted to wear and couldn’t find.”

She watches what she eats and sticks to her workout regimen religiously; however, there is one thing she does not do – cooking. She adds, “I never cook, David’s a really good cook.” The workout routine of the former Spice Girl definitely sounds exhausting but says she loves it. Victoria mentions, “It’s part of who I am now.” “And I really enjoy it.”
