The Bachelor Australia, an Australian reality television series has got one more series of D-R-A-M-A brought you by Abbie. She begin this TV series as divine and sweet twenty three year old, however then in last week things got changed totally as she turned Bachelor mansion in to a controversial mode by telling lover-boy about her other competitor Monique called him a “dog c*nt”.

Abbie’s life has been changed positively as well as negatively since when she is agreed to play Regina George in this TV series on television, however, her health also gone through some changes.

According to Abbie, filming on The Bachelor has helped her reconsider her diet. She goes on telling body+soul, “Prior to going into the mansion, my diet was much worse than it is now. I kind of ate what I wanted, when I wanted.”

She has fixed a healthy meal plan for herself by getting help from other female contestants in the bachelor house

The meal plan is as follows:

  • Yoghurt with mango or frozen berries in the breakfast.
  • Avocado and Corn thins along with morning tea.
  • Rice with Canned salmon and veggies for lunch.
  • Falafel wrap or Veggie patty for dinner.
  • Dates along with butter (peanut) as a dessert.

Apart from this, she also takes lots of coffee in between. Matt Agnew is physical fitness lover and Abbie too needs to prove that she is the fitness buff herself. She adds, “I work out six days a week with a mix of HIIT, yoga, Pilates and just going for a run.”

Now, if Matt really thinks Abbie is a perfect choice, apparently he needs to show her that he is full of respect. Abbie explains, “In a relationship, respect is essential. Almost every issue I have ever had in a relationship can be traced back to a lack of respect.”
